At merely 3 years of age, he has attained the HRC's Hunting Retriever Champion (HRCH) title, his Upland Hunter (UH) title and his AKC Senior Hunter title (SH). He goes into the summer with over 400 HRC points. An illustration of speed, style, desire and determination. More than one could dream of in a retriever, in the field and at home. Natural ability and intensity are his.

Following in the footsteps of his proven pedigree while forging his own path, this three year old, 75 lbs. son of GRHRCH UH Dakota's Cajun Roux MH and Gator Points Gander Lisa already holds records of lineage that can never be changed nor denied:

first Roux pup to pass a started test (3 months) earning his SHR title at 11 months

first Roux pup to attain the HR title (13 months)

first Roux pup to attain the HRCH title (22 months)

first Roux pup to attain UH title (2 years)

first Roux pup to attain Master Hunter (MH) passes, of which he currently holds two (3 years)

Amateur trained by owner Mandy Cieslinski through the HR level, Colorado Roux has joined Bill Autrey of Autrey Kennels' team in stepping up to what's next including working towards his Master Hunter (MH) title in the AKC hunt test venue, running the HRC International Grand seeking attainment of his Grand Hunting Retriever Champion (GRHRCH) title and other special events such as the SRS.

He boasts more natural talents and abilities than words can describe. He carries his desire at swift speed and high style with his tail wagging all the way to and from the blind or marked retrieve.
